RetryPulse ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our automated dunning service.

1. Information We Collect

When you subscribe to RetryPulse or connect your billing system via webhooks, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and payment identification numbers.
• Transactional Telemetry: Webhook event payloads, payment failure status codes, customer email addresses for dunning outreach, and invoice failure amounts.

2. Cardholder Data (PCI Compliance)

RetryPulse never collects, processes, or stores raw credit card numbers or security CVV codes. All payment processing and card updating are managed directly by our Merchant of Record provider (Polar.sh) or encrypted tokenized gateways.

3. Data Usage

We use collected data strictly to execute retry schedules, send dunning email notifications on your behalf, render customer update portals, and calculate recovered MRR metrics.

4. Data Retention and Rights

We retain webhook log data for 90 days. You may request full account data deletion at any time by contacting support@retrypulse.com.
