1. Service Subscription

RetryPulse provides an automated failed-payment recovery utility on a recurring monthly subscription basis ($29/mo for Starter, $79/mo for Pro). Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled by the user.

2. Merchant of Record Disclosure

Our order process and payment transactions are conducted by our Merchant of Record partner, Polar.sh. Polar.sh handles payment verification, invoicing, and tax collection globally.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click directly inside your account dashboard or Polar subscription hub. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, and access continues through the current billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

RetryPulse provides automated billing retry logic "as is". We do not guarantee 100% recovery rates on failed payments, as authorization relies on end-user bank issuing policies.
